MOON OVER THE OCEAN is a striking, one of a kind, acrylic painting measuring 24 x 36 inches on stretched canvas with solid wood stretchers. I was inspired by the moon over the Pacific Ocean. I'm fortunate to be able to see it frequently, so this impressionistic painting was evoked from many moons.
I use high quality acrylic paint, various size brushes for every composition, and I add several layers of professional varnish to protect art from color fading. The edges of the painting are painted with a continuation of the front imagery, so it doesn't require framing and can be instantly hung on a wall.
